Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

- Wearable Throws: These items are considered intimate apparel and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Snuggle And Style.
